The Four Step Process
Step 1 : 3D computer-aided design done! Includes a 360 view of your piece, as well as dimensions
Step 2 : Confirm your design, and we will start the production, wax printing, and molding
Step 3 : We handle production, and finish with a strict quality control inspection!

All items ordered from Diamond Touch Toronto will be shipped via FedEx/UPS/Parcel Pro to nearest courier hub to the shipping address given at the time of order. All clients must directly sign for his or her package and present a form of identification, (Passport or ID card). Any customer that fails to sign for and receiver his or her package will be responsible for all shipping fees from that point forward.
Each jewelry item we offer is handmade, custom-made and custom-fitted for each individual customer. Because of this, all items and orders, including custom and engravable pieces are considered final sale and may not be returned, cancelled or exchanged at any time, unless in written consent from Diamond Touch Toronto. It is the customer's responsibility to measure their size prior to purchasing. Custom pendant deposits are refundable if the CAD has not been completed. If cad is made for your custom piece, no refund will be issued. In stock jewelry or custom jewelry are nonrefundable once purchased. All sales final.
